Yes normal in-store processing times still apply, unless you contact us about your order.
7 KIDS offers EXPEDITED shipping via USPS and FedEx. Choosing an expedited method does not ensure your order will ship from 7 KIDS immediately, just that the carrier will deliver it in a shorter, guaranteed timeframe. If you need your order shipped immediately, PLEASE CONTACT US and, if possible, we will ship your order out right away. |
| I did not receive my order. What do I do? |

For domestic packages, please contact us if you have not received your package within 21 days. For international customers, if you have not received your package within 45 days (for customers in Italy, please wait 60 days), please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot consider notices of non-receipt made more than 90 days after the ship date of your package. Our insurance company requires all claims be filed within 90 days of shipment. |
| I think my order could fit in a flat-rate envelope or box. Why is the shipping charge so high? |

Because of the limitations of the shopping cart program, we are unable to offer flat-rate shipping as an option in the shipping pull down. However, we absolutely do ship flat-rate on all orders when it saves the customer money. If your order will fit in a flat-rate envelope or box for a lower price than what you were charged, we will ship that way and issue a credit to your store account for the difference. |
| IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FREE SHIPPING |

Simply look for the logo on SELECTED ITEMS
throughout the store to qualify for the free shipping offer. Qualifying
orders must be shipped to a US address (includes APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR
and all US territories). Please note, not all items in the store qualify
for free shipping. If ALL the
items in your order which qualify for free shipping total $75 or more,
those items will ship FREE. If you would prefer expedited or trackable
shipping on your order, you can selected Priority, Express or FedEx, but
those mail classes are not free. If you have any further questions
regarding the free shipping policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
International order over $75? Contact us for a savings code.
To summarize, in order to qualify for free shipping: 1) ALL items in your card must have the logo. 2) The cart total must be $75 or more. 3) The shipping address must be within the US (includes territories and military bases).
Please note: free shipping only applies to orders shipped in their entirety. If you are purchasing preorder items in addition to in-stock item to qualify for free shipping, your order will not ship until the preordered items are ready to ship. If you do not want to wait on preordered item before receiving your in-stock items, please place these orders separately. |
| IN-STORE PICK UP information and visiting the store |

In-store pick up is an option in the pull down shipping menu for customers purchasing online with an Arizona address. If you are local and would like to pick up your order, please choose this option. After you place your order, please contact as at 602-541-2406 or via e-mail to arrange a pick up time. Because we are not a traditional store, we do not have set hours, but we can certainly work out a pick up time that is convenient for you. Best hours for pick up are between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, but always call and let us know the general time frame you would like to arrive during so we can make sure someone is here.
We welcome customers into the store for order pick up, as well as shopping. Just be aware that we are not a traditional retail store. Our products do not have prices on them and are arranged for easy picking and shipping, not for beautiful presentation to the public. However, we have thousands of items and many customers enjoy coming in to look. As with pick up, all we ask is that you let us know ahead of time when you would like to come in so we can be sure to be here for your visit!
The store is located at 4000 N. 7th St. Ste. 114, Phoenix, AZ 85014. We are on 7th St. just south of Indian School on the west side of 7th. St.

If you purchased any of the following categories of items: preorder, in stock soon, backordered or items whose availability to ship is more than 1 week out, in addition to regular in-stock items, your order will not ship until all items are in stock.
If you are unable to wait for in-stock items, please purchase them separately from other items. Free shipping cannot be applied to orders placed separately. |
| Shipping overages and refunds |

Occasionally, an order may be shipped at a lower rate than the amount calculated by the shopping cart (eg.: we may be able to fit your order in a flat-rate envelope or box). If that is the case, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the overage. You may request that the store credit be refunded to your form of payment within 60 days of your payment. Requests for refunds to your form of payment cannot be honored after 60 days, but the store credit will remain on your account until you use it or up to 1 year, whichever comes first. |

Shipping rates are based on weight, destination and mail class chosen. To see how much an item(s) is to ship to you, log in or enter your shipping address, put the item(s) you want in the cart and the cart will return shipping options and associated rates. |
| What is your return policy? |

If you are not satisfied with a non-defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package for a return authorization. Non-defective returns must be in resaleable condition and include all original packaging. We do not refund shipping or pay return postage for items that are non-defective.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We do not offer refunds on products returned without a return authorization. Please contact us before returning any product.
Restocking fees may apply.
IMPORTANT NOTE on returns for orders that received free shipping: If the value of the return causes the order to fall below the threshold for free shipping, the order will no longer qualify and shipping charges will apply. This charge will be deducted from your return credit.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the form of a store credit. If, at any time within 60 days of the original payment, you prefer to have a refund issued to your form of payment, just let us know. No refunds can be made to the form of payment after 60 days.

| When will my item ship? |

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Most items ship within 3 business days. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
