| I want to be able to track my international shipment. Which mail classes are trackable? |

Priority and Express are the only trackable classes available through USPS. First class international is NOT a trackable mail class. If you want to be able to follow your packages journey from us to you, please choose Priority or Express. |
| Shipping overages |

Because our shopping cart has the weight of a box programmed in, if your order can be shipped in a bubble mailer, therefore costing less, we will adjust the shipping charge at the time of shipping. If you have overpaid, you will automatically receive a store credit for the amount of overpayment. If you would like the overpayment refunded, just e-mail us and we'll be happy to do that!

| Do you ship to my country? |

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please contact us about adding your country. |
| What are my payment choices? |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. |
