Current preorder estimated ship dates
  Please remember, these are only ESTIMATES based on current information from the respective manufacturers. Ship times on preordered products are SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

WRMK Envelope Boards: *UPDATED* My rep forwarded my a response from WRMK regarding shipping. According the WRMK, stores should have their boards in by the end of May. Please remember that delays on products being newly manufactured are the norm. As soon as I receive updated information, I will post it in the availability section of the store, as well as here.

I am ordering preorder items available at different times. When will my items ship?
  All orders containing preorders are held until ALL items are in stock. Many customers prefer to get free shipping or consolidated shipping rates by ordering everything at once and therefore do not mind items shipping when the last preorder item is in stock. However, if you do not want to wait, we recommend placing preorders with different AVAILABILITIES on separate orders. For example, if product X has an estimated ship date of Sept. 15 and product Y has an estimated ship date of Oct. 15 and your order contains both, your order will ship when product Y is in stock. If you need product X as soon as it is released, please put it on a separate order. The safest option is to preorder separately.
I am ordering preorder items from different companies. When will my items ship?

I have decided I do not want my preordered items. Can I cancel my order?
  In most cases, preorders may be cancelled.
I preordered a product from you, but now my local scrapbooking store has it in stock and my friend got her order from another internet store. Why don't I have my order yet?
  When retailers place their orders with vendors, they are all in a line to get their product. The closer a store is to the beginning of the "line", the faster they will receive their order. 7 KIDS can't promise that they will have new products first, but what we can promise is that we will sell it at the best price we can and ship it to you just as soon as we receive it.
I purchased preordered items and in-stock items at the same time. When will they ship?
  Because shipping is calculated based on the total weight of an order, we reserve the right to hold orders with preordered items in them until the entire order is ready to ship. If you do not want to wait until all your items are in before your order ships, we recommend placing preorders separately.

If you have already ordered and paid, please contact us and we will make arrangements to ship your items separately.

  When placing your preorder, please keep in mind that the date indicated for likely shipment of preordered items is an estimate based on information provided by the manufacturer or distributor. This date is SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Occasionally there are issues that hold up manufacturing that can cause delays that are beyond anyone's control. Because we are unable to contact customers individually when date changes occur, we keep the "AVAILABILITY" notes updated with current information. If you are concerned about a potential date change, simply revisit the preordered product's page on the website and check the AVAILABILITY for the most current estimate for the product's arrival at 7 KIDS.

Also, please keep in mind that different items (even from the same company), may have different release dates. Please make sure you check the AVAILABILITY in each of the listings so you know when the items you are ordering are expected in stock. If you order items with different availabilities, your order will ship when the last item comes in. If you are not willing to wait, please order items with different availabilities on separate orders so that no items are delayed.
Will my card be charged right away for my order?
  7 KIDS' shopping cart is set up to charge upon order placement, not order shipment. Both are industry standard and, in our case, our credit card processor's programming is set this way and is not something we control. However, rest assured that 7 KIDS has a reputation for fulfilling preorders in a timely manner. You can preorder with confidence from 7 KIDS.
