*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* about products with *ASTERISKS* and other information in the titles
  Anytime you see *ASTERISKS* in the title with words like *PREORDER*, *SPECIAL ORDER*, *FINAL ORDER*, etc., this is an indicator to check the availability in each listing because these are most likely FUTURE DELIVERY items. The future delivery date will be listed in the AVAILABILITY (which is underneath the stock status in each listing). Simply click on the item you are interested it and review the detailed availability information.

All orders with delayed availability ship when all the items are in stock. For example, if the order you are placing in January contains a preorder, special order or final order item that indicates it is anticipated to ship in February, your order will be held until the future delivery item(s) is in stock. If you need other items in your order right away, PLEASE DO NOT order them with these future delivery items.
I am trying to access my account on the website but I am getting an error message. What is going on?
  If you are unable to access your account on the website, it is most likely because you chose to bypass the account setup at checkout and did not assign a password to your account. If you do not set up a passworded account, you will be unable to access shipping information, as well as current and previous orders.

If you did set up a passworded account and are still having trouble logging in, this is usually the result of corrupted information in your browser's cache. It is recommended that you clear your cache and restart your browser. Click here for information on clearing your cache.
I just placed an order. When can I expect my order to ship?
  If you ordered all in-stock items, your order will usually ship within 3 BUSINESS days. So, for example, orders placed on Monday will usually ship by Thursday at the latest. Orders placed on Wednesday will usually ship by Monday at the latest. Please remember, Saturday and Sunday are not days that are included in the shipping estimate.
I received a Gift Certificate from you. When I try to enter in the number on my new order it says that number has already been applied to another account. What is going on?
  Gift Certificates received from us (i.e. not purchased by another customer as a gift) are actually store credits. Unfortunately, this is a function of the programming of the shopping cart that we cannot change. Since it is a store credit, it has actually already been applied to an account: Yours! You will see the credit balance deducted from your total at checkout during your next order.
I received a shipping notice on my international order, but when I click on the link to view the information, I receive an error message and no tracking information is available. What is going on?
  The only trackable mail class available for international orders is EXPRESS. If you choose First Class International or Priority as your shipping method, you will be unable to track your package. What you are seeing in your account is a placeholder (it usually says n/a and then your invoice number) so that additional shipping information can be added to our records.
I received a shipping notice, but when I click on the link to view the information, the system tells me my account or the transaction do not exist. What is going on?
  The shopping cart allows customers to place orders anonymously without setting up a passworded account. If you did not choose to set up a passworded account, you will be unable to access shipping and order information. We recommend setting up an account on the website when you place your order. It only takes a few additional seconds and will allow you to retrieve shipping information, as well as view current and previous orders.
If I order items that are available at different times or items that are currently out of stock, do I have to wait for everything to come in before my items ship?
  Yes. Because the shipping is calculated based on weight, all items ordered together will need to be shipped together. If you do not want to wait, we recommend ordering items separately.
